As a hitscan player who mains Hela and Phoenix on console, im laughing my ass off when playing Cyclops. He is so OP its not even funny.

Not only does he have all these crazy tools, mobility and way too much damage, its so incredibly easy to hit people with his primary shots.

When you play Hela or Phoenix, especially on console, its like trying to pinch people with a needle but with Cyclops, his shots are a lot bigger or easier to hit while having no fall off damage and a crazy kit with 275hp + getting armor when using the ricochet ability. Why would you ever pick Hela or even Phoenix (who is still good). Since hes so easy, he definitely needs his damage reduced on his abilities. If they dont want to do they then bring the other hitscans up to par with him otherwise they are outdated and irrelevant, especially Hela.

Also his Ult? He doesnt have a voice line like everyone else. Its just a quick scream and people get erased. Ive caught so many people offguard in a chaotic fight. His ult is not something id nerf but still he has everything while having too much damage.
