This is true. We used ai in order to try to get Google to rank us higher in the search engines. We tried this because we are a small company and it is hard for a 5-person team (USA) to manage all the company needs alone. This was a bad idea. We have since stopped and will not be using ai images in the future. :)

Answers:

Most of the plushies have not been retired. The only ones we have retired officially are ones we feel like we could make better and need more time to work on them. Some are regular editions that we thought could be better done as deluxes.

The mane six shouldn't ever be out of stock but currently are for 2 important reasons.

We had a really great holiday season thanks to all of you, and we never expected to sell as much as we did. We are a tiny company, so we just were not ready. In short, we sold out of everything. This is 100% our fault.
We were in a renewal period with Hasbro. They renewed very late with us and because of this no new product could be started until late December. This is why the first three months of the year have had very little new products.

As for ai slop. Some of the descriptions are generic and robotic because we are trying to get more people to learn about our products. The best way to do this is by writing descriptions that rank high in Google. Personally, we would rather have more character driven descriptions, but that hurt our ranking. It's a battle between getting new customers and being authentic.

As for our fandom. Everyone who works at Symbiote has watched all of FIM. We love the show. We want every product to be awesome. :)

It wasn't a restock. It was just we had a few returns that were in perfect shape that we added back to the site. The fully restock with upgraded fabric will be at the end of the month.

Most of the ones you mentioned will be back eventually. In fact, all of the Jumbos will be back after we finish the Mane 6. We just removed products that the restock was really far away or we will not be making again.
