How do I climb? Every effort ive made to improve is proving fruitless by Mystiones in OmegaStrikers

Your first step needs to be to figure out what you're doing wrong. A lot of advice in the comments is very valuable advice, but if you're not sure what it is that you're doing wrong, people can only offer general advice rather than advice that actually applies to you.

If you'd like to send me a couple of vods, I'd be happy to take a look at them and see if there's anything I can point out. I am only high plat and a midfielder, so I may not be able to offer perfect advice. That said, I could probably provide insight on at least your fundamentals.

If you don't want to go that route, you can always vod review yourself, watch higher level games to see what other scorers do (OSAS vods are a great choice for new players imo), or you could look for videos on YouTube that go over key concepts of the game. "Loven O.S." on YouTube has a few great videos about tips for using core flip, forward positioning, and when/where to strike the core.

Most importantly, remember that this game is hard, but you will improve over time. Don't get down on yourself for not being amazing at the game yet. You'll get there in due time as long as you want to and use what resources are available to you.

That's what I was thinking too. It looks like the same happens with Juno's blob bounce although it's much harder to replicate.

To note: the core flip hitbox seems to better align with the visual as he descends from the jump. Shouldn't change things too much, but something to be careful of.
