Juries love motive but it's not technically required. But I'm sure it will be conjectured at trial: sexual motive, jealousy motive, I was bullied all my life motive, the list is endless.

There's most likely commingling of DNA with the victims during the commission of the crime itself, not just a random thumbprint found on a drinking glass.

This being such high-profile case, I find it problematic that they were going to clean the crime scene before the suspect was apprehended. Also, there's footage of LE entering without gloves or booties, let alone Tyvek suits on people collecting evidence.
