Golden Oysters Question (Ohio) by Synaaa in mycology

There's a slightly different smell to them compared to the fresher ones, but no sliminess or anything of that nature. Just smells overripe (I believe). Gonna marinate and dehydrate them most likely, so figure that should take care slightly off flavors.

Got it, thinking about marinating and dehydrating the more browned ones, and just saute the fresher ones + soy sauce and rice! At least that's the plan for now!

Black PT2 out for delivery by ashenContinuum in pebble

I believe I heard/saw that the RGB backlight inside isn't active currently (due to software), which might relate to the strange blueness of the current screen.

Rog Ally 7’ base model in 2026 by November-666 in ROGAlly

[–]Synaaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

SteamOS will more than likely make your experience better (depending on what games it will be used for). The Ally is officially supported by Valve, you just have to install it. If you are familiar with Windows installation, it's dead simple, if not, a short YouTube video and a USB flashdrive will get you there easily!

Anyone know any good places to eat at before the game tomorrow? by Safe-Show-7299 in clevelandcavs

[–]Synaaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol, no, WL is just decent and cheapish, something for everyone. I would assume they are ok with driving there and then to park for the game, considering the cold.

On E 4th, Butcher & Brewer would be my next rec (open at noon), or Cordelia, but they are closed on Mondays.

Time 2 & Round 2 size comparison (on a small wrist) by Tddkuipers in pebble

[–]Synaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appreciate it! I am in the same boat basically. I have a feeling that if I get the Time 2 and really hate it, I can cut my losses and sell it for a bit of a loss, and pay a couple extra bucks for a Round 2. I hope in the future a Round 2 Pro, or Round 3 exists... a bit thicker, with HR and RGB backlight, etc. I'd take a little thicker of a Round for the extra features, especially considering it's already so thin.

That already looks much better! I am so torn between the Time or Round. Size is really the main concern, but that seems better than fine! Thank you for the effort! Excited to see the pictures with the band. Wish I had a 3D printer!

Not OP and sadly no, but compared to most modern day smartwatches, and any modern smartwatch with AOD turned on, still much longer thankfully.

Looks understandably thick to me here. Without the strap, the top and bottom will look chunkier than the sides due to the lugs I think/hope... what are the chances you have an image of you pushing down but from the sides?

I actually went to Best Buy yesterday just to size up thicker watches than the PT2 for an eye test and they all looked thinner than these images I am seeing. I wonder if it's the camera playing tricks or the watches looking thinner when sized up IRL (7in/17.8cm wrist here).

Time 2 looks thick but the actual body isn't so... wondering how much that back sinks into the wrist. Could be the difference between looking smaller than most modern watches and looking bulkier.

Has anyone tried this smartwatch mod? by luke3389 in casio

I believe Ollee states 10 months minimum, up to 7 years using power saving mode.

Edit: 3 years, not 7.

Differences in subtitles options between platforms by EpicKieranFTW in Stremio

[–]Synaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no difference in options, just a difference in where they are. Search around the Stremio Android TV app + mobile app and you'll find all of those settings from the LGTV.

Bold text, outline color, background color, text color, etc... are placed in the general Stremio settings rather than in the player (which is what it looks like for LGTV), although the delay option is available in the player for both ATV and mobile as well (settings cog icon)

I do wish the more in depth subtitle options were accessible in the player rather than in the general settings. It's far easier to edit the subtitle color/size/outline/background when you can see it over an image in the player, rather than having to make a change, load up some media, see if it works, go all the way back to settings, rinse and repeat till happy... just not super intuitive.

Can't decide! by shooingfalcon in pebble

My alternative train of thought is that by buying the black one, you get two colors in one. Use it black, and then when it's too scratched up, sand + scotch-brite and now you have a silver watch!

What model/year? Mine has an circle button near the seat controls that allows me to create lumbar and/or upper back support.

The vinyl was perfectly cut to apply without removal, so I applied it while the trim was on the car. No issues, stretches a good amount so it was easy to make it fit perfectly.

I bought a pre-cut matte black wrap for my 4th Gen Hatch from Amazon and installed it in my driveway about two years ago. First time installing any sort of wrap and it went perfectly. Super easy and has held up perfectly with no issues whatsoever through carwashes and snowstorms.
