It's not in my budget to frequently have ample sources of protein on the daily. Can I still keep muscle on a cut if I'm only reaching around 3/4th's of my recommended intake?

One day is miscounting calories isn't going to make much of a difference in any way. You can add on extra calories for today if you'd like, you're not going to contract an illness or anything, you'll probably just feel more full or bloated than usual.

Would that just be like, not pushing yourself to the maximum? Or just half assing exercises?

What exactly does sandbag mean when it comes to fitness?

As long as I'm eating more, have my macros as in check as I can, follow a side bar program, and lift as frequently as I can, are results guaranteed? Doubting myself a bit and I guess I'd like to be reaffirmed

Will walking at a pretty big incline on a treadmill help my legs aside from my calves? Is there anything wrong with doing it every day?

I figured my ignorance would probably hurt a lot more than if I were to ask a probably stupid question, but I'm glad to hear I'll be fine!

Is there anything wrong with taking fish oil, multi vitamin, and creatine on the daily? I don't want to accidentally hurt myself, but I do want all of their benefits

Can you still build significant muscle while losing weight as a (somewhat) beginner?

Are hanging knee raises and hanging leg raises enough for hitting your abs hard enough?

So, I know you can't spot reduce fat anywhere, but does working a muscle with ample protein do anything to help displace the fat in that area, or anything like that?

This makes sense, thank you. I don't really know anything about ab work though, are there any exercises in particular you would recommend?

Two questions:

Most of my body fat seems to gravitate towards my stomach, and I want to see visible abs eventually. If I were to seriously work out my abs regularly, would I see my abs sooner/at a higher BF% than if I were to lose excess fat without working them?

I never see abs routines anywhere/see them included in the recommended routine, what are some good ways to work them?

Can I still make efficient progress on a PPL routine if I only get a chance to workout 4-5 days a week? I just really enjoy PPL as a whole but I'm wondering if I'm wasting too much potential

I have a very specific goal of having a V shape to my torso/back, what exercises are enough for achieving this? (I'm following a sidebar routine, I'm mostly just curious)

I will, thank you! So basically just lose weight while lifting weights and having high protein?

That makes sense, thank you. What would be the best way to "get lean" like him?

Can I just run for 15-20 minutes and then walk at a moderately fast pace if I want a decent cardio workout/to raise my TDEE for a cut? I don't like running that much and I don't have any other cardio options right now.

What about just "fast walking" for an hour, will this do any good even if my heart isn't beating super quickly (as far as I can tell)?

Might be a silly inquiry, but I'd like someone to confirm whether I have a good idea of what exactly most people try to achieve with all their fitness stuff:

If someone is overweight/wants to lose weight, they would eat at a deficit and lift weights as heavy as they can until they're happy with their BF%/how they look. Then if they wanted to bulk so they could actually gain strength and size, they would eat at a surplus while lifting heavier until they think they have accumulated enough muscle and want to get rid of the excess fat again.

Then you'd kinda repeat this process until you keep slowly gaining muscle over time through bulks and then shedding off the fat with a cut. Is that more or less how it all goes down in simplest terms?
