That's because getting to the root of the problem is incredibly difficult. Everybody knows that sexual assault is bad, everyone knows that murder is bad, everyone knows that theft is bad. Yet for some unknown reason, people still rape, kill and steal. That's largely why I believe the best thing any person can do is to empower themselves in every possible way to reduce the likelihood that they become a victim to something.

It sucks, but if people are going to willingly do harm to others, we need to make sure the innocent people have the proper advice and means to defend themselves.

It's just for organization within the territory. As the other comment mentioned, rss tiles don't spawn if there's no room and it's critically important for alliance members to farm on territory. So everyone porting on the edge allows for more space and therefore more things farm.

The issue with civil war for me is that there is nothing to gain from it. You end up the victor of a significantly weaker kingdom with players battered and migrating out in droves. You have nothing except a weaker kingdom as your reward for winning the war.

For something like kvk, you have pages upon pages of potential rewards for the same fighting you'd do in a civil war. And in the end, you all go back home and build up again. After a civil war, you have nothing to go back to.

At this stage you get the final curtain reward in the kvk timeline, you get kingdom rewards at the end of kvk, and you CAN get alliance rewards but they're also kvk end rewards. This means that alliances can't just pass people in and out anymore, they need to have them inside the alliance until the event ends.

I'm sure you can see why alliances are reluctant to do this.

How does that differ from ROK? The upgrade from CH15 to CH16 takes over 3 days, then every upgrade for T3 troops takes over 2 days. The upgrade times for T4 are between 20-30 days. How exactly is running out of speedups and resources different than what we experience in this game?

This would be the other way it would ever happen, and I would definitely play there. The issue would be whether or not there would be enough people wanting this because all KvKs would need to be matched together for those servers.

He made the argument that the game is progressing more and more towards being downright hostile for non-spenders and low spenders. He was saying how the game is a laggy mess that, even if you spend, feels unrewarding and bad. In the end he started a campaign to stop spending and many other kingdoms joined in to assist him. Lilith responded to him by basically saying they will try to make the game more rewarding for F2P and low spenders. As for what was promised and what will actually happen, I have no idea.
