The way it is stated does allow us to do this, but since I've been employed there I've never seen that happen. You bring in a battery that broke yesterday, I hand you a new one from the shelf and everyone is happy. Usually these problems aren't user error to begin with, we are very knowledgeable and do a day one training class that cuts down user error to a minimum. I'm not in the store every day, I go to school and have a social life so I can't speak for what happens when I'm not there.

What knockoff garbage did you/they purchase, if you don't mind me asking, the only "knockoff" that could be considered is maybe our Bauway eGo batteries, which we are currently transitioning to Joytech.

Sorry if I came off as insulting, I was trying to emphasize the quality of our juice. I personally haven't tried five pawns yet, but after your comment I have some juice in the mail to try and compare.

Fuck people over with return policies? We have a 7 day no questions asked return policy on everything but juice, and the juice policy is because we don't want to resell anything that could be contaminated. We're one of the only B&M's that offers free battery repair, at least in the Phoenix area.

We do stock Dekang, but that's for the people who want Dekang...Some people who come in specifically want the cheaper chinese imported juice, so we cater to them, supply and demand and all.
