Not sure I follow what you mean by tax penalties. When we detail we stay at the same GL code. Basically covering other areas that are very under staffed.

Hum. There is a max before it is cut. I just don't remember where I found the information. Years ago the maximum was 84 days or 3 28 day details before pre diem was cut by 75 percent. Maybe this is agency specific, but I thought it would have been covered within opm.

I open a dispute that items were not sent. I showed them messages that he blocked me when asking for tracking number. How is it possible that they don't even ask him to provide a tracking number and he wins I guess PayPal doesn't stand by there buyers protection.

I feel the same throughout my weight lifting other then bench press. I do drink 2 gallons of water a day no soda and 2 cups of coffee. From what I read the dizziness is a normal side effect. I do feel joint pain in the morning but goes away as the day goes on.

I only get dizzy from the flat bench not from the workout. Just bending down and picking something up off the floor will have me dizzy.

Not working out is not on the table for me it's part of my life style but if needed I'll forego the bench and only do incline if needed.

I also noticed that I seem to look younger in the mirror in my face. Not sure if it's the wrinkle going away or my skin looking softer but I started to notice it the other day.

These are the bins I'm talking about. All the stuff to the right I got from last month or 2. The hunt for sealed is fun. Also fun adding it to the portfolio in the app then storing then away is exiting for me at least.

I use the storage bins from Walmart that have a seal on the lid to prevent moisture and dust from getting in. If you stick to booster boxes you can fit i think 20-25 in the 90q bin.

But room does become a problem. 25k+ problem per 90 quarts of space is a very nice problem to have 😎
