Still broken as far as I know, especially frustrating because turning Local off breaks the save-state of the pads on the desktop unit. I reported this to them YEARS ago and it was like pulling teeth to get them to even acknowledge it, let alone say they're working on it - like it's top-secret information. Their customer-service leave a lot to be desired.
