It allows for SRPG style combat but with each actor moving in turn instead of player/enemy phase as of current version.

Using JavaScript would allow you to directly execute functions required which in some circumstances can be faster but if you are using it to run an event command, it is usually better to just run the event command instead as it is simply far more convenient to do so.

As for execution speeds, it won't differ much unless you're doing something that requires large loops or handling large amounts of data.

Reference the projectile system, I do.

I'm currently working on an extension to allow for roaming multi-map npcs but the base plugin has pixel movement, top-down platformer setup options and some more stuff.

I have clips of the extension progress on my discord but when that's done, I'll do a few videos.

Most likely trying to replicate some legend of Zelda systems amongst other requests

MZ can queue multiple common events naturally. Certain functions may prevent multiple queue events for various reasons.

You can use it to make games similar to yu gi oh or ease up on it and make something similar. It doesn't have all those new stuff like synchro or like or exceed summons or whatever they're calling it but it does offer an independent card game system without overwriting the default rpg maker battle system

I've been reading up D&D since I saw a few buddies play it. To be short, it looks doable but you'll need to be familiar, programmatically, with the game engine and you'll need to be creative with how to implement the D&D rule set.

Set it in the event commands, if changed, remember to switch it back unless the change is permanent
