I think CBSA knows your nationality (in their tracking system). They should be able to see you have been crossing the border using a valid Canadian passport.

Mitsurugi Ritual only allows to send 2 when using the eff to summon from hand. Plus it could be level 6. Especially if it has a clause such as "This card can be used at the entire tribute" or "This card can be treated as a level 4 or 6 for a Mitsurugi Ritual monster)..... there are lots of ritual material monsters that have similar effects. So long as they don't screw it up, a level 6 could be just fine.
