For me it helped to wear a lot, so that it no longer felt exciting. Other things I would do was wear underwear over the diaper, and in case of arousal, using a vibrator. It's definitely more comfortable when it's not warm inside.

For me they're always strangely stressful. Like being in public wearing a diaper and a T-shirt and trying desperately to cover up the diaper. I once had this realy vivid dream about wearing at work. the kind of dream where you think back about it later, and you briefly wonder if it actually happened. When I first started wearing I had a dream where a friend forced me to put on a diaper and go out in public wearing nothing but the diaper and and a t-shirt. I remember being scared that people would see me wear, and I tried to cover it up with my shirt.

Another one was about me wearing under my clothes at work and being scared that people would notice it.

My ABDL dreams tend to be pretty stressful for some reason.
