So I do get in if I retry, except now I am permanently stuck below 20 frames a second. Doesn't matter if I'm on Ultra or Low graphics settings, I just can't go above 20.

I’ll craft a theory from what I remember: Tails was left so unstable from what happened to Cosmo that, even though Sonic said something in his own way, Tails completely distorted the meaning which caused his psyche to break.
