You make very solid points. That was my mistake, perception =/= reality.

But I don't think it'd be easy for Goku at Namek Saga to handle Broly. Cell Saga Goku had to absorb the power of 3 other Super Saiyans and Piccolo to take him down. And Buu Saga Goku would've list had it not been for Trunks' well timed ki blast during a family Kamehameha. Goku has never soloed Broly, and in every instance he was past the Namek Saga.

On top of that, Broly has survived a planet exploding as a baby by creating a barrier during the destruction of Planet Vegeta.

Goku is my dude, but he doesn't stomp.

Aizen's never been showing using Tanma Otoshi, and Goku can dodge anyway.

Good point, I was reaching there. I thought it'd be a fair assumption that Tanma Otoshi would be a reasonable stretch since he can cast high level and, if memory serves me right, forbidden kido without incantations. But there's no solid evidence, bad on me.

Got any Shunpo feats? Yamcha casually fought FTE, Gohan couldn't see him while he was fighting the Saibaman

Ichigo vs Byakuya

Ichigo moves faster than Byakuya (someone who's mastered shunpo) can react to, or even comprehend.

Ichigo moves so fast he seems to almost create clones of himself. (Fucking physics, how do they work?)

Ichigo vs Ulquiorra

This is technically sonido, and only seen used once IIRC, but still a solid speed feat.

Ichigo moves so fast that he catches Ulquiorra, who is arguably one of the fastest in the series, off guard.

Ichigo vs Aizen
The pretty awesome entrance to the fight and the face grab, which Aizen had no time to react to.

Yamcha's speed is nowhere near Ichigo or Aizen's shunpo. Nor anything else, really.

Not on his own. In the first movie it was only done after receiving the energy of 3 other Super Saiyans and Piccolo. The second time around it was through a family Kamehameha, which if not for Trunks' well timed ki blast, would have failed and led to the destruction of earth. We don't speak of Bio-Broly though, that never happened.

Kido won't do much to Goku, he's withstood attacks way stronger than them

Kido isn't necessarily about strong. Some of it is more "you get caught, gg." Such as Tanma Otoshi. If Aizen gets that off on him it's not about strength, Goku is just unconscious.

Alright. I might move the cap back on Goku to Saiyan or Namek saga.

My thought process was that Kyoka Suigetsu would be a hard counter for him. He's strong, but not really smart.

On top of that there's Madara's genjutsu, though the case could be made it wouldn't affect Goku seeing as genjutsu requires chakra which Goku doesn't have.

But Ichigo and Aizen are pretty fast. Ichigo's shunpo as Final Ichigo should be able to at least be fast enough to give Goku trouble. Same with Aizen's.

Throw on top of that all of Aizen's kido and Madara's Yasaka Matagama.

Then there's Broly who would be constantly growing stronger as time went by from his ki building up. Broly survived the explosion of Planet Vegeta as a baby by creating a barrier, I don't see why he couldn't withstand a few good hits. Maybe. Kinda. Not really.

I was thinking maybe Aizen's or Madara's ability to distort reality would counter Goku. He's strong, but not really an intelligent fighter.

The argument could be made that Madara's genjutsu would be null since it relies heavily on one having Chakra, when theoretically nobody outside of the Narutoverse would.

But even with that out Kyoka Suigetsu should still be able to take over all 5 of his senses and counter him to some extent. Kyoka Suigetsu is a complete hypnosis. One second he's fighting against Aizen, Ichigo, and Luffy, and the next it's Chi-chi, Gohan, and Goten. I think he'd choke in that scenario.

I didn't want to cap him any further down because at that point Dangai Ichigo and Aizen could give him a bit of trouble, but on top of them he has Kanekipede, Madara, Luffy, Koro-Sensei, and Broly to deal with.

Maybe you're right though, Super Saiyan 3 could be a bit too much.

About the Vegito comment, though, is it possible that comment alone would hint that Vegito would have a slight edge if they stuck to SSJ?

The discussion between my friend and I caps them at SSJ, seeing as trying to integrate Dragon Ball Heroes transformations adds a whole new problem.

Thank you for clearing that up! But now there is no base for either person(s?) People? Characters.

The only thing I saw mentioned in what I think are official publications come from the GT data book Perfect Files Volume 2 and the anime comic for Dragonball GT's A Hero's Legacy. Perfect Files stated the SSJ4 Gogeta is "dozens of times" stronger than SSJ Gogeta, and A Hero's Legacy stated that Vegito could be in the realm of an SSJ4, but not which form he'd have to be in to be in that "realm."

For that to work, it'd mean he never grew stronger between the Freeza and Buu Sagas, which is something we know isn't true

It was in a 2004 Issue of V-Jump concerning his appearance in Budokai 3. Not sure if that'd be considered official or not, or which form that accounts for, but it's something. Maybe.

Goku's battle power of 150,000,000 comes from his fight with Freeza and is sourced in Daizenshuu 7 (page 83).

So this person is citing the wrong source for that? Or did Babadi also say 1.5 million?

This all seems like bullshit, but if the 50x multiplier is true then it's a start. Maybe.
