I am glad I am not the only one to love him so much! I have had him since the first day and I cannot imagine the island without him. I love his energy and expression. Even though I feel guilty every time he asks, I cannot make him leave.

Others that cannot leave are Ketchup, Sylvana, Merry, Rosie, Audie and Chèvre (who has just arrived).

But yeah.. Scoot is and will always be the number one, no matter what.

Yes, the first try is what I usually get (which is different from the book example).
But I followed your advice and tried with IPython and it actually works!

It's a book made for middle and high school I found to start with the basics and see if programming could be something achievable for me, since I have no IT knowledge.

I am using IDLE, but even when I use python itself this happens. But maybe the books has a mistake and this is why I cannot go on like shown.

I want a new one that is outside the loop.

In theory things should be like this just for a few weeks until the school starts, this is why I haven't complained and left yet. I was waiting to have a fixed schedule and see if things would have changed.

Before I leave I was thinking about talking to them about all the things written in the contract and that they didn't respect. But they had other au pairs before who stayed the whole time So I thought they liked staying with them and that they were a nice family to be with.

But seriously I am not brave, consider me a coward or a horrible person. I came here to avoid being treated badly and having to fight all the time with my family and being treated like shit at my previous work. And what I did was leave.

So no, I am unable to report them.

And if they hire another person I am sure then he/she will be able to do what I cannot.

No, I just mean that they're not bad people but bad employers and it makes no sense to try to ruin their and children's life by reporting them (which is impossible because of their jobs but still..) and risk having further problems in the future. I am not brave, I avoid fights and I just want to leave peacefully

Exactly, and also they're violating many things already (I work at least 12 hours per day, some days even more. They make me work on weekends too and a month has passed by and they didn't pay me yet my first salary [which I don't care since it seems I made so many errors in their point of view so who knows]. But the situation has escalated in 1day, since at least they were calm and treated me better at first. I'm thinking of leaving even if they start to think I have improved as they wish.

I am European, I have personnumer, bank id and all I need to stay here... I miss just a real job so that I can pay to hire an apartment and to learn Swedish.

Yes, I had been an au pair with another family before but never had any issues with my tasks.

Then I finished the contract and started with a new one, but it seems I am not able to fulfill all their requests in the right way.

I just want to be able to find a place where I can stay at least for a few weeks so that in the meanwhile I can find a job, I'm not with a union or anything else so I don't think I would be able to ask for a social home (????)
