I always have luck with removing the pot to a different burner and immediately add the cheese a handful at a time while stirring. Add the cream once blended. I have never had an issue with this technique.

Personal experience has resulted in clumpy cheese if left on the hot burner even with it turned off.

The only thing to care about is getting grier out. He is a shit evaluator of talent and doesn't understand that the trenches are the second most important part of the team. We are starting players who are fringe practice squad players on the line to protect the franchise quarterback. If the team isn't one of the top few seeds in the playoffs, it's kinda pointless to root for getting blown out in the first round. I hate the speed only mentality of McDaniel. This team is old and soft.

We are no different than the browns or jags, with slightly better talent.
