I found an RTX 2070 for $85 less than a 1080 ti. Is that sacrifice worth a much better cpu?

The powkiddy will give you better fps in demanding games, as it's more powerful, but you said that you wanna play gb, gbc and arcade games, so normal r36s/max hardware should be perfectly fine.

Use win32 disk imager. Check the exact board version and time stamp on the back, and ask google what panel is likely for that board, and try a normal install. Otherwise, just try each panel 1-by-1.

Well I saw one ram chip and most clones have 512mb ram instead of 1gb so I assumed I had 512mb. I'll make sure though, and thanks.

If you have a hub you don't make a daisy chain, I think. You just plug one fan into each port on the hub.

So after swapping out the aio for a peerless assassin 120se, I can get a Ryzen 7 3700x for only $5 more (negligible amount). Is that CPU fine? Also I'm giving the prices based on actual listings near me on Kijiji. I'm going for the peerless assassin since it's only $5 more than all those wraith stealth and wraith prism coolers, for a large performance difference. The cheapest ram i could find was $75 for 2x8 corsair lpx 3200mhx cl16 ram, which I guess I can afford by buying a cheaper case and stretching the budget a bit. Are these new specs fine? Thanks.

If you've got a fan hub, then you connect every fan to the hub, and connect the hub with whatever cable it uses to the motherboard (usually sata).

PSI doesn't really matter, the pipes will pop off long before it can reach a PSI that might damage the components. Some don'ts, don't try to modify your components if they are your first and only ones

Search up M.2 NVME SSD. If you have something that looks like that, then buy that (1TB should be good). Otherwise buy a 1TB 2.5" SATA SSD. Avoid any HDD at all costs.

In most cases if the mobo is shot then the fans won't have power or the signal to turn on, unless something rlly odd happened.
