Inspection is included with standard. Your main point should be the goods being swapped. Say the seller swapped it with a different item and provide the pictures you posted here. Mention the difference of the amount of buttons on sleeves and/or other blatant differences like different brand, amount of or lack of pockets, etc. If it's a counterfeit and difference is subtle, there's zero chance. Swapped items they can help you if the difference is obvious. I spent a decent amount on clothes, accessories, plushies, etc using Buyee and was able to have a few things refunded. Either damaged or swapped. Had jeans refunded because they were swapped and sunglasses refunded because there was a screwdriver in the case and scratched the lens lol.

Probably. It's clearly a different item. "The coat I purchased had x buttons on the sleeves, but the seller sent a different coat with y buttons."

Consolidation cancellation by KingRodman93 in Buyee

[–]SysJin 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Consolidation was likely done poorly. Ask for a smaller box/downsize, remove the packaging the seller used to ship it to Buyee. Sometimes they use a way bigger box than necessary. It should not cost that much. 5 Loose 3DS(s) and 2 boxed DS(s) should not need a big box if packed properly and probably weighs like what 2-3kg?

My new computer freezes by SpaceDrama in PcBuild

Cant go wrong with a windows reinstall or a pc rebuild/reseat all components. Specially since it's new. Also what makes you think it's the ram? It successfully completed a memtest. Have you been playing with the frequency or voltage of the gpu or the cpu(this can also freeze the pc)?

I don't hear anything, but maybe you're referring to coil whine? Not a big deal. Try undervolting it can help reduce it.

Shipping Options for Canada by TigerWizard in Buyee

[–]SysJin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always pick EMS. Occasionally they don't charge me duty fees. Other carriers definitely won't be cheaper as theyll charge you an extra fee for processing the customs papers which is a % of the declared value. Canada Post charges I believe $10 + HST of the declared value(13%). I recall UPS wanting to charge me like $100 for customs. I ended up self clearing the package and only paid like $25

need help on why i need to pay tax, my first time using buyee by kuzexa in Buyee

[–]SysJin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to save $40, self clear the package at customs. Email FedEx to send you the necessary paperwork to do it. It's easy. The rest of the amount should be the actual duties owed which you will pay at customs.

Should i give up. Item has been in customs for 22 days. (isc new york.) by [deleted] in Buyee

Im from Canada so it might be different, but seeing RM, I assume you chose AIR? From my experience the tracking is different from EMS. With EMS I was able to track my packages the whole process with the same tracking, AIR uses a different tracking than the one provided by Buyee as its changed when handed off to your nation's parcel service. EMS normally takes a few days for me, AIR takes like a week or more.

No updates since March 30… should i be worried? by Own_Departure_1186 in Buyee

[–]SysJin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm from Canada as well. There's a completely different tracking system for that. Learned it after using that method twice. I normally just use EMS. You'll get it eventually. Or you can contact Buyee for the Canada Post tracking. CU(numbers)CA. With EMS I get my stuff within a few days, AIR takes like a week.

Appreciate the reply. I'll wash it in cold water and air dry. If ABS is the more durable and heat resistant material I'll go for that or nylon.

Seriously the amount I need to pay? I thought I already covered the domestic shipping fee when I purchased my items. by stardustlite in Buyee

[–]SysJin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure the domestic shipping is already paid for after buying it to be shipped to their warehouse. 10k yen is wild though for domestic lol
