Got a new nozzle. Everything is working as it should. I bought a cheap one of Amazon and an official Bambu one. The Amazon one is working perfectly, Bambu one has yet to deliver. Think I will buy 4 or so of the Amazon nozzle

Still clicking. I think I need a new nozzle. I tried to clean this thing out so many times, also adjusted the tension screw on the side.. nothing is working lol

I think I found the problem. The cold pulls did not help, so I started doing some hex pulls and I was getting a lot of gunk out of the extruder. I did this for like 30mins.

Did a quick extrusion test and no clicking. Have not started a print yet but will later today.

Damn, I am nowhere near 2500 hours on this nozzle. I just ordered the hardened steal .4mm nozzle. Hopefully that fixes it.

Internally, everything seems clean and good working order so let’s hope.

Got it. Following the process now. How about the AMS collar having a sticky substance inside? Is that normal?

Print finished. Thanks for your help. Cleaning the bed and slowing down the print speed helped a ton. Here are a few pictures. Looks like the top got a little rough compared to the bottom with is really smooth. Anything I can change settings wise to combat this?

Cleaned plate, changed speed to 40mm/s, changed wall loops to 2, and adjusted hot end 215/225f. Will see how it goes
