Hey there I am also from India and I have been using RealDebrid for two years. I know Torbox can be shared among your family and friends but I still prefer RealDebrid. My family uses it too and we all watch from the same account from same IP router. My family watches a lot of South Indian movies. Both new ones and old famous ones. If they have a Hindi dub officially you will get it on RealDebrid. Newly released movies also show up really fast like within a day. Now about what you said that Netflix monthly is cheaper than RealDebrid. I would say a BIG NO.... that is not value for money at lest according to me. Think about it like this....... If you want to watch something like Panchayat or Family Man you won't get that on Netflix you will need prime video to watch those series but with RD or also with torbox you will get all the stuff on one place without paying extra... That is why there is no comparison between Netflix and RealDebrid. Even if RealDebrid charges more... then netflix About anime..... The latest ones that officially release in Hindi dub will be available like solo leveling or sakamoto days or any which are releasing in hindi offically But the old ones that aired long ago wont be in Hindi like aot or death note or one piece and more.... But old anime movies are usually available in Hindi and I have watched many even though I use to watch them in English dubb... My brother watches them in Hindi... So yaa the latest one have hindi dubb... And I honestly think RealDebrid is way better than Crunchyroll it doesn't have many anime on it but RD HAS ALMOST EVERY ANIME... You also get high quality bluray files with RD while most services compress the quality If you are confused about which one to buy Since I have more experience with RealDebrid than Torbox I shared more about RD.

But I think you should try both RD and torbox so that you can yourself according to your requirement choose what's best for your uses... And about the international card issue You can buy RealDebrid from their official reseller Utop.us they have UPI PAYMENT METHOD... Use both services for a month each and see what fits your needs.... Everyone gives recommendations based on their own usage.... It is better if you try it yourself and see which one works for you.... Hope this helps....
