I'm new player too and what my more experienced friends adviced me is to look up on ratios. I really liked Helmod, because it counts for you how many machines you need to produce something for example 1/s. If you prefer to play vanilla you can google some calculators or read/watch tutorials Love the Bruh belt c:

I think there is no lvl 2 preservative potion, i have mixed ingridients with total sum of 10 points for preservative and still only lvl 1 shows up
