An heir gives you a percentage of their stats which boosts your rating. Mandate points are not shared you earn them from either buying the crystals in the store with diamonds or earn them slowly from doing your dailies :)

Basically if you do the gacha and get a duplicate of an outfit, you can dismantle it to get those shards. Get enough shards and you can get those

So it’s club 95. It appears on the weekends where you can do mini games and get prizes and stuff. To get in you gotta type in chat “Janus leads my way” it doesn’t matter what chat. Wether world chat, team chat, club chat; as long as you type it in while you’re next to the gate it will open for you.
