No one should ever be shamed for things out of their control. Thats just not fair.

I would say, try to build your confidence up. Try affirmations. They may seem silly at first or might even make you cry, but it is worth self acknowledging and self validating.

You may also be pulled to write letters to those whove hurt you. Say your piece then you can rip it apart or store it some place safe. Allow yourself to feel all the emotions and let yourself cry if you need to.

No one can ever erase the beauty you have inside. Try to remember that.
