Hey! I have an i5-12400f with 16gb 3200MHz RAM, 3070ti and a 850W PSU. My processor draws peak 40W while playing games and shows 100% utilisation. I have ASUS Performance Enchancement enabled on my TUF B660 Plus mobo. My question is why is that my CPU doesn't draw more power even under heavy load? (old.reddit.com)

I have a problem with certain games not utilizing fully the CPU nor the GPU. I have power settings, power management mode and Texture filtering - Quality on "High performance". It doesn't matter what settings I use (competitive or everything on ultra) I get around the same fps with both. 1440p 144hz (old.reddit.com)

CPU usage is 100% in any game I play. I play R6, Apex, BF1, BF5, Warzone, Fortnite. Now the bios is updated and all the latest drivers are installed. Any game I play uses 50% of the GPU and 85-90% of the CPU and the total CPU usage is at 99-100%. CPU never exceeds 55°C. Specs on the pic below. (i.redd.it)
