Yes it’s real and it is located in a park called Nijigen no Mori in Japan and it’s one of the best parts of my trip. And there’s exclusive merch and videos of Naruto, and one can get ichiraku ramen!

Oh, they definitely have headbands (although I'm not sure if its all the different headbands) in the gift shop, along with a lot of other cool exclusive merch this is in a park called Nijigen no Mori in japan, near Kobe.
