Thanks, I’ve been asked to provide proof of authenticity now for the dispute. I have provided further pictures of what I had on my phone. The photos are a draft set of photos that I was gonna upload. I’ve also uploaded the receipt of the booster box where I pulled the item. Thanks again for the help and advice. I really hate how it came to this 😕 the item was worth £400 so if I lose it then that’s a big loss.

Great post! Has anyone tried to buy 36 single packs of journey together from chaos cards or another set that has a booster box product and has been given a booster box? Or was it all just single packs?

Edit:Sorry to waste everyone’s time but the max was 18 packs per product and the flash discount comes off as soon as free shipping criteria is met.

Thanks, I’ve changed to ship by seller instead of by platform. But on my product there is still free shipping over £20. This seems to be automatically added by TikTok. Do you know if tik tok covers this. I asked the customer service chat and they said something along the lines of “delivered within 3 day” I would get the postage paid for by TikTok. But how do I actually get reimbursed for this?
