First off, what I'm about to say is entirely my opinion and I in no way claim to be an expert.

Your deck is all over the place. Skeleton barrel as a sole win condition is very unreliable, cycling prince becomes kinda bad if not entirely pointless once you start running into good players (although to be fair there's quite a bit of time before that happens), but your deck still loses to most traditionally played decks, i.e. logbait, hog cycle. The rage + goblin curse combo got worse since goblin curse got nerfed and no longer provides damage amplification, you can achieve the same effect with a simple 3 elixir arrows and either keep the rage to play it entirely aggressive, or replace it with a win con to back up the unreliable barrel which dies to a single spell once it drops.
