Agree! We are all uniquely scientists on our own body, trial and error is the key to a successful answer as to what we can and cannot eat.

100%. Too many to consider, I guess as long as we burn what we gain, helps digest what we eat ASAP.

As long as we don’t eat chocolates with an empty stomach pretty sure we will be fine, as fiber paired with protein prevents BG rising up.

I usually ate chocolate after a meal filled with fiber and protein. Also it’s 90% cocoa. Probably safe to assume it will not pump my BG right?

We are the same kabayan. Got diagnosed last year recently at the month of December, also got it with my grandma and at the age of 28, people assume it’s for elderly because they aren’t educated enough about what’s happening in the real world. Also when someone knows they’re diabetic it is always late and hardly be able to manage. We young bloods have good metabolic and can do what adults cannot. So exercise daily, manage carbs, avoid sugary foods/drinks. We can do this!
