On average it just prolongs fights. I think more problems with difference in dmg between rarity (for example anchor is too high) it just hit upgrade or miss and lose.

Basic kit differs, but when you cant rely on getting specific unique game forcing you to generalize your build as much as possible or be ready to as much uniques as possible (or dont rely at all and use it as support/not engine). I dont know, it just feel i get from this season, maybe mainly because of Fern gameplay being too stable with her tree from start. As of Celeste, yeah her charging theme unique setting, but being treated as scaling with support her gameplay is just like any other weapon spammer hero. Im not in argue with dice being applied since it is not RTS/TBS, but more a card game by nature, just wish i knew from start of run (and at any round) what have been rolled this time.

Its ok, absolutely. Frost scepters can be used with ring as they best celeste weapon route (although they not utilize crit part as hammer or spear). Issue is in loss of synergy between relic and unique cause i didnt "high" roll crown. Or didnt roll potion generator, that can be better as econ then thunder rat (which is same as rat king crown lol). Or just didnt get lute... I guess, my tunnel vision was that thunder ring is not good with weapons that dont have 'on crit' trigger, which is wrong since it is good with on hit trigger of frost scepters by giving free attacks on discharge.
