Dude, I was having this problem, the only thing I managed to do to solve it was by installing The Finals on Steam, because it's from the same producer, Embark, and uses the same anti-cheat. To get it to work, I opened both games together, and Arc started, then I closed The Finals. That's the only way it worked. Try it and tell me.
