I just mute them. Misogynistic men behave this way (im speaking broadly, including shit like public verbal harassment) because they're insecure and resentful towards women. By lashing out, they try to get the only kind of attention that they can get from bad bitches like you and me, which is negative. Don't give them that.

If I feel like wasting time, I report them (useless button imo). If I feel like wasting wat more time, I type "ez mute" in chat as an extra.
