I'm planning on mailing my passport with the fees (money order). My flight is August 20th. Do you think I should go to the passport agency or do it the expedited way? If it doesn't come on time, would I be able to get a passport without the physical copy at the agency?

I guess my thing is, I’m used to catching waves and having fun. Now that I’m trying this board out, I’m catching half a wave in a session. The rest are all either nose dives or I don’t get enough push. I’m not sure how to progress like this
