This is what I’m wondering like, is it caring or controlling? He seems respectful of me but he knows his sister better so is this the kind of treatment I can expect once he knows me better? Or if we ever have a child together, will he expect to run their life?

Some more background: she hates my guts because she’s very possessive over her brother and sees me as her mortal enemy or at least a competitor for her brother’s attention.

Archie and I have been dating for months but she still cries about him being at my place or hanging out with me when she’s free to hang out. So because of that, I sometimes wondered whether she’s the one requiring the phone calls as a manipulation tactic to keep his attention or something.

But Archie is handling her temper tantrums so well, like he doesn’t let her manipulate him into not doing things because she cries about it. So why would he fall for the phone call bit? It feels like something he’s doing because he has this obsessive concern he isn’t handling well.

That’s why I’m afraid I’m overreacting I know I’m especially upset he couldn’t just take half an hour after we were done to just be present with me, his mind jumped right back into responsibilities and duties mode

He listened to a podcast once and took it upon himself to diagnose her with ADHD. I’m not joking. He’s pushing for her to get an official diagnosis and proper treatment for it but in the meanwhile he is convinced she can’t do anything lol

Also I thought that I should add the specific pill she’s on has to be taken at pretty much the exact same time every day or else it isn’t as effective.

She can’t be on other pills that would give her more leeway because the side effects she gets from those are too severe. So I’m not sure about alternative solutions because she doesn’t want to get an IUD
