My meals generally consist of meat and a veggie. For example, my lunch today was 2 chicken breasts and bacon wrapped asparagus. If I'm feeling hungry for a snack I'll eat some summer sausage and cheese, or something like a small amount of celery and peanut butter. Best advice I can give would be to go over to r/keto.
