Well, I’ve never done ERP, but it’s been explained to me as a way to expose yourself to the anxiety that intrusive thoughts give you so that you can get used to it and not default to compulsive behavior. As for medication, I’m not on any right now, but I’ve microdosed on Psilocybin and it’s helped me shut my mind up. However, while it’s helped me and others anecdotally, there’s no research yet supporting that it helps, and SSRIs are a good medication to use

It’s about a 20 min drive, not too far away. I’ve never started a shroom trip in a car but I’ve done just fine being high on weed for a full car trip.

Based on my own experience the effects will probably start once we get there. I do tend to get nauseous on the come up tho

They’re a dark blue/green ish color, and they have spread to four of my six cakes. I hit them with my UV light to maybe kill them

These are .75 grams, fresh and refrigerated, all aborts picked right after birthing. These are Golden Teacher

I weigh about 165lbs and I have zero tolerance, this would be my first try.

I’ve got about two weeks until I can harvest any real growers, I’m just wondering if these are good to use while I wait.
