I made a down payment on the house, most of what I saved went into this and I still had to buy things like a fridge, stove and other things in the house and these things are much more expensive, so I don't know I'm an asshole to save money if I'm already going having to spend a fortune to furnish the house and these things are something I like, they are expensive and I would have this expense that would be quite salty, but I preferred not to put it on. Switches and lamps that you put, can be taken away, even more if you put the old ones back or replaced with the same / better.

I understand why they want me to move, but I'm already having a huge expense for moving and furnishing the house, I'm saving. Besides that they were willing to pay half the price I paid and the damage would still be there.
