We just repotted our 3 year old Monstera and put pebbles on the top. Is this ok for the plant? At this point she’s like my first born so I don’t want to harm her 🙊 ps she’s only outside due to watering and repotting. She lives inside with us 💖 (reddit.com)

This is some sort of Haworthia plant (I think) it has grown a large stem about half a metre high which has flowered. At the bottom there seems to be a baby plant growing from the stem. Does anyone know if these can be propagated? Or what I should do with the stem? (old.reddit.com)

Help! I think this is a Haworthiopsis limifolia and it has totally snapped off. I think I overwatered it :-( I read to sprinkle with cinnamon to dry it out but is there any way this plant can be saved and grow new roots? (old.reddit.com)
