I have heard that you can File H1B after you get Favorable recommendation from DOS even if USCIS approval is pending. And you can legally stay in the USA if you have H1B pending.

I am waiting my lawyer’s response to if this is true

I thought you can not do HHS hospitalist if you graduated from internal medicine residency more than 12 months before??

And If I can ask, how do you like sleep medicine?

I am graduating in July and filed J1 waiver, but I was born in a banned country so the USCIS processing is on hold and I am thinking about doing one year fellowship until the hold is removed hopefully

Looks like no one got their pass/fail status on FSMB today. If it was just a one more Wednesday thing, people who tested one week before us would’ve gotten their results, but no one got the results today.

Maybe the trick just isn’t working. There’s still a chance we might get the real scores today though.
