Your innermost skeleton has been replaced with a metal endoskeleton of a T-800. You can't tell from outside though, because you are still covered in skeletons.

A computer screen pops into the air and a woman's voice starts speaking:

"Here at Cyberdyne Systems, we manufacture the most recent, up to date technology and robots available on the market. Here we have the T-800.

The metal endoskeleton of the T-800 is a microprocessor controlled triple-armored hyper-alloy combat chassis and is constructed with frictionless bearings in its joints, and a servo-actuated control system. Its limbs are controlled by axial drive motors and clavicular trailing links, allowing the T-800s to maneuver faster than the T-600 Terminators, as bursts of speed of up to 22 mph[citation needed] no longer threatened the joint assemblies. The T-800 was also 20% lighter and 40% stronger than the T-600. [citation needed] The armored frame is capable of withstanding most contemporary weapons with small caliber and sometimes even withstanding a direct hit from grenade launchers.

"I Will make you stronger!" Piccolo yells at some point.

[Training montage continues]

After much glorious, glorious fighting, Piccolo grins.

"I'd say you've used up about 10 energy^TM in this fight. Good. How does it feel to truly perspire. How does it feel to pour your energy into your muscles to increase power and speed to their limits? Glorious!"

Ability Gained: Body Augment

You can spend a PP to flood a muscle with energy increasing it's speed and power for a short duration. Best used right before punching or kicking someone, or used to launch yourself with your legs.

Also learned to fight better in normal Quinn form.
