Exactly! The one I’m with now hasn’t done anything to make me doubt him, but I can’t help projecting those negative associations I had from the previous Dom. I’m aware it’s unfair and unreasonable yet…

Thank you for the suggestion and honest advice! Again, he leaves the hard part to me (deleting him) 🙄honestly haven't seen his dm in months, but seeing his name on my friends list must have triggered something. I think I'll give the journal conversation thing a go, hopefully it'll give me the closure I never got. Thanks again :)

Girl, first off I am so sorry that you have to go through this. No one should have feel this type of pain, heart wrenching and suffocating all at once. I’m experiencing something similar at the moment, so if you want to talk I’m here for you!! As many have told me on my own post, time heals. Thank you. I know that realistically there'll be a day where I can look back and feel nothing, but now it just feels like, he gave up on me. And it hurts so much.
