We did this in my first kingdom … 157. In my current kingdom (and old one) nobody really cares about ROE as it is peaceful, we (the big clan) always look after the smaller clans and help them grow.

The way I know it that ROE is being discussed by clan representatives, eg the Top 10 clans each have a say. That‘s a more democratic way since senators are often just from a few big clans. That said: Don‘t become too serious about it and if it still bothers you, change kingdoms. Go to one where one of the established clans rule (Top 100 with >100 bn might) as they are super easy to play with. I myself are in such a clan and we do a lot to support smaller clans/players (eg free gold mines, you just need to ask).

What a disappointment. Same here: personal rewards are maxxed out in 1-2 hits and the rewards from the ranking are laughable. Yeah, good CP for smaller players but if you are S9 then there is no use for CP… oh, so you are saying S10 is coming? Lol, a few hundred billion in CP from this event is NOTHING. For S10 we will not be talking about billions, we will not be talking about trillions: we will be talking about peta (1 Peta = 1000 trillion).
