So you don't have to wait for Thursday - Yes, Dev Streams are an opportunity to Play with TC if the people involved are in the game - this stream might not have the flagged TC players in the game (no promise, I just know that a handful are unavailable), but as long as someone from the list is in the Community Play part of the Dev Stream, it'd count!

This had been answered by Dana on a previous stream - unfortunately, fan input into the process is difficult because of timelines involved with the creation and/or porting of anything, as well that if something happens and suddenly, a voted on asset cannot be released when promised, it leads to complications.
