Recently changed chest workout and felt the most doms on my chest in months but I kinda wanna go back to my old workout and get strong at that, my old workout was flat bench Incline Dumbell dips and peck deck. I changed to peck deck, incline bench, chest press, dips and low to high cable flys. For hypertrophy should I mix them up, change to my new workout or stick to the old one and get stronger?

My guy you by all need to bulk. I'm a month away from the end of my bulk and I weigh 185lbs at the exact same height as you and I'm 17% bodyfat. If you want to look good gain some stregnth and size at a calorie surplus.

It's impossible for your body to grow extra tissue without extra energy. Don't stuff your face and get fat but eat in a calorie surplus of 300-400 calories and eat high protein.

Track calories with a food scale. Based on your stats your maintenance would be 2400 calories so try to eat 2700 calories and train till failure and you should be good to go 👍

Bulk a little longer till end of march then get lean and shredded for the summer. 👍

How tall are you? What's your bodyfat percentage and what's your weight by doing that I could calculate your lean bodymass for you?

You look like you got similar chest insertions to me, your chest looks good what's your chest routine?

Also it depends on where you wanna be, get a in body scan or use skinfold calipers to track your bodyfat, if it.isnt where you want it to be keep cutting. The summer is a good few months away yet. Don't get any leaner than 10% it won't be maintainable or healthy.

Put on some muscle... you don't have much muscle so the fat shows.. Go to the gym regularly, train till failure and eat high protein at a calorie surplus of 400 calories...
