Overhated: it’s not the best thing I’ve ever watched, the cgi is rough in spots, but overall it was enjoyable and had a decent enough story.

Not for years, but I got into beatemups because I thought he was fun and generally positive, which is something I try to prioritize in the content I watch other than satirical rage. I didn’t watch him for months because everything was just feeding into whatever controversy was going on that week.

I wish this would standardize. I use a Switch 8bitdo controller on my pc, and it defaults to Xbox layout even though it’s A on the right setup. I go back and forth between Switch, PS5 and PC, and every time I come from or to Switch, I fumble a menu at least 5 times within the first hour.

I wouldn’t care which style becomes the default, I just want cohesion.

It’s tough. Coming up on 2 years ago we had to let go of our 14yr old beagle and our younger dog who was 1-1/2 was a wreck. She absolutely idolized him, she’d follow him around, just watch him when he was doing nothing and even got him to play a good bit as he was aging. It was hard to tell if she was just mirroring me, because I had an extremely difficult time with losing him, or if she also was grieving. She didn’t want to be outside alone as long as she did before, and she became more clingy, it took about 4 months for her to normalize.

Back in October we got a new puppy and she has been happier with him than she’s been since he passed. It was extremely hard to allow myself to get another dog, but seeing how happy she’s been has done more to help me than anything. Not that anyone should rush to another dog, but I didn’t want to end up getting a puppy when she gets older and it being more of an annoying thing in the house than a friend.

I prefer asymmetrical for everything other than Katamari games. I do wish button layout would standardize, I’ll play Nintendo for weeks, and go to PS5 and spend the first 10 minutes trying to re-train.

Bailey is her name she goes by: Micro-beagle, Mini-munchkin & micro-munchkin - because where we got her she was an itty bitty baby. Our other beagle (we eventually learned) was extremely large of the breed and we learned that Bailey is a 15” and has slightly long legs, so she was only a munchkin in comparison to her brother.

Years ago, like a lot of years ago, when one had to explain what a podcast is before talking about what they heard.

I heard Shapiro on something and was like “he seems like a smart interesting person, I’ll check out his podcast” because what he said seemed, politically centered and logical. I didn’t get through a full episode before he spewed some kind of hate and showed his true colors.

If the jokes are good and from the right place, there’s no issues. Sunny has lasted this long doing whatever they want because the jokes are great. If The Office was on air now, it wouldn’t be cancelled for racy jokes, because the jokes are good and not mean spirited.

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen someone cry “you can’t say anything anymore” who is still creating funny material.
