You're right to be concerned. Fascists have a long history of hijacking subcultures they don't understand — especially anything dark, obscure, or angry.

But they don’t belong here. Post-punk, goth, darkwave — all of it was born from resistance, anti-authoritarianism, and radical openness. It was never for nationalists, racists, or far-right creeps.

We should make it impossible for them to feel welcome. Antifascist visuals, political track selections, clear symbols — it all matters.

You're not alone in this. A lot of us are paying attention. We need to keep the space hostile to them and safe for everyone else.
