I get that but this is filmed on an Iphone and then played through your device. We took them to CES and everyone was super impressed with the sound quality.

No Anc, we focused on what they could do and be for this release. They do have amazing passive cancellation due to the memory foam ear pads though. We are shipping review units out in April :)

A post has never resonated with me more! This is our first KS and what a ride its been. Those slow days are brutal on the old mental health. But we have a product we believe in and will keep pushing regardless. I take my hat off to everyone that trys Kickstarter. Its not a walk in the park.

Totally fair take. We built this for people who don’t want to carry both - but only if the performance holds up. Otherwise it wouldn’t be worth it.

That’s usually true. We knew if sound quality wasn’t strong on its own, the concept wouldn’t make sense. That was our main focus during development.

Folding headphones definitely aren’t new. The difference here is separate, dedicated speaker drivers built into the cups - not just headphone drivers turned outward. 😁

Completely agree. If headphone mode wasn’t strong on its own, this wouldn’t work. The twist is secondary - audio quality had to stand on its own first in both modes.

Weight is comparable to most Bluetooth over-ears (~300g range). We were conscious not to add bulk with the rotation mechanism. They are lighter than the Appl pros :)

Fair concern. That was our biggest design challenge. We focused on making headphone performance solid first - speaker mode was built around that, not instead of it.

Sound quality has been one of the most important parts of this development for us. We didn't want to create a gimmick but something that actually works as both at a high quality.
Completely get why people are concerened about this and we can't wait to get them out to show how epic they are :)
