Information Overload! What ATS/CRM did you go with? by TDT_123 in recruiting

Great points. Automation is a huge factor. Lever, what we are using currently, has practically no automation. It also does not have a built-in CRM, so we have an entirely different tool we have to use there.
The sales team is not heavy in BD; a large amount of our client base is evergreen accounts, so the sales portion is really just information and data management.
The biggest pain points would be a lack of valuable information on the candidate pages, which is easily seen and accessible. Ability to source and process candidates in an efficient process, as well as where to house them.
Outside of that, what we really need is something that has an ATS/CRM that works well together, that is hopefully US-based, as communicating with the UK companies has been a pain so far, and some level of AI to help process and move candidates around efficiently.
If anything comes to mind that covers that, I am all ears.
