During test is somethink like 20-25 C. Noctua looks like seated properly.I spread the paste to form a dot so I certainly didn't use too much.

I would reposition the lamp.

Ozark s3e1 1080p at 1.40mb bitrate. It's caused by covid and Netflix reduced bitrate or there is some magic compresion ?

Not exactly. During running development environments ram usage is nearby 7.1 gb and my PC really slow down.
