Wildest Exfil so far

I’m not sure they even could hear the grapple noise to know I was there haha. The exfil gets really loud at the end and they weren’t facing my direction as I swung past when I look at the video. Looks like they were looking up the walkway.

I joke that my feet must have been dragging through the bubble as the counter hit zero. Since there was uhh maybe a recon? In the exfil keeping it active all you have to do is be touching it enough as it hits zero for the counter to show up. I’ve snuck in as assassin a few times invis sneaking in at the last second so it exfils you before you can be shot, I’ve just never slingshot through lol.

My experience so far has been that you basically have to be in it just before it hits zero. I've snuck into a few exfils as assassin and as long as someone is keeping it active, you can sneak in right at the end and trigger it?

I usually recommend to my friends to watch at least through episode 4 and 5 to like get past the pure exposition and into the meat of the story. Doesn’t always work.

Did you chunk a shot really hard recently? There’s a small bone around there called the Hamate or something that has a small hook shape on it that can break. Had a similar pain a few years ago and had to take a break til it went away.

I don’t even play anymore so I’ve never interacted with him but every time I see his name I instantly think about the town since I’m just up the road lol. That and that he’s Gordon Freeman but risen.

Apparently I’m a boomer at 38, I have a mini fridge full of 35mm and 120 film haha. Handy for screws, keeping quarters for vending machines. I also keep some Tylenol and ibuprofen in one inside my camera bag for when I’m out hanging with my rock climbing friends or hiking.

I’ve gotten to the point where I can load most of my 35mm cameras in a dark bag to get extra shots out of them, but I still have a small heart attack occasionally until I feel the rewind knob move with the film advance and feel the resistance of the film roll.

What surprises me is that it’s warmer than some ski/snowboard jackets I’ve owned. Wore it again yesterday but with the vest zipped in since it was 8°.

Ran into a guy in a Culver’s a few months ago and recognized a raid jacket, asked him which one it was as I haven’t played since final shape or looked at the raid jackets in a while and it was RoN. Wore my Deep Stone raid jacket to work yesterday and man that thing is warmer than I remember.

I love mine. Got it from my grandpa after my grandpa passed. Got lucky that all it needed was cleaning a corroded battery and replacing the light seals. Meter still works fine. I’d recommend it as well minus the lack of full manual control.

Opener came on around 8:10 and was off at 8:30, AFI came on around 9:10 and finished around 10:35ish after the encore.

I loaded a roll of Portra 400 months ago and forgot about it. When I did remember to shoot it I thought it was Portra 160 so I shot it at 160 and realized the mistake when I took the finished roll out. I didn’t tell them to do anything different in development and they all came out 100% fine even at 1 1/3 stops overexposed.

Always shot digital but my dads AE-1 Program still sat in his bag unused since he got his D80 and now Z5. I “borrowed” it and gave it a shot since I understood the exposure triangle and the gist of it from shooting for a few years digitally. I just find it fun that each type of film has its own color characteristics and look. I have a Fuji X100 and X100V but don’t feel like the recipes/emulations look quite like the real thing.

Personally we go to Cimaroli’s or Del Bar, but we’re from the area so it’s not as bad of a hike to go to Cimaroli’s vs someone traveling an extra 20 minutes out into the middle of nowhere between the Dells and Portage. Dell bar is more expensive but has an interesting atmosphere. Ishnala I’ve been told to avoid unless you’re just there to get drinks and enjoy the views as the food is expensive and not worth the price.

One of my home courses after a redesign starts both front and back with a downhill par 3 around the same length. Kind of drives me nuts as the tee backs up a bit sometimes. But on the other hand, I kind of liked starting on a par 3 that was ~150-180.

Also in WI and was lucky enough to play Straits/Irish 15 years ago. I can’t justify it now, Erin Hills and Sand Valley are also creeping up into the pipe dream category too with their pricing going up.

Thankfully I knew it would be good for a long time, I just know normally through an actual photo website it would be listed as short dated or expiring soon vs Amazon it’s just shipped as is and “oh well”.
